Virtual Race Questions
What is the Virtual Santa Hustle®?
The Virtual Santa Hustle® is the ultimate winter race that can be accomplished at any location! You can walk, skip, use a treadmill, run outside, or even participate in another race near you wearing your Santa Hustle® swag.

Does the Virtual Santa Hustle® benefit any charity?
Yes! The Virtual Santa Hustle® supports Trees for Troops!
When do I run/walk the race?
You can run/walk your registered distance during the designated dates of December 1 – 31, 2023.
Where can I run/walk the race?
You can run your virtual race wherever you’d like! You can do the race inside or outside. You can travel to an exotic country or stay in your own neighborhood. The choice is yours!
How do I send in my results?
You are not required to send in your results, but certificates of completion can be requested by filling out a certificate request form.
Can I accomplish my race over multiple days?
Santa hopes that you will train and try to finish your registered distance in one session. However, he understands there may be health or other issues that occur that might hinder that option.
Are there age group or overall awards?
There are no age group or overall awards for the Virtual Santa Hustle®. However, certificates of completion can be requested by filling out a certificate request form. All finisher medals will be shipped along with your race swag.
Can I be timed?
The Virtual Santa Hustle® is not an officially timed race (timing chip on bib). However, you can keep track of your time yourself with a watch, GPS, or your phone.
Will results be published on the Santa Hustle® website?
Due to the privacy of individual results, we will not be posting them on our website.

When is the cutoff to register?
You have until December 18th to register for the Virtual Santa Hustle®.
Who can participate in the Virtual Santa Hustle®?
Anyone can participate in the Virtual Santa Hustle®! Any age and any location (DOMESTIC U.S. ONLY, PLEASE).
Can I run with a group? And are there group discounts?
Yes! We highly encourage you to get your friends and family together! If you have 10 or more runners interested in participating in the Virtual Santa Hustle® please email us at virtual@santahustle.com and we will arrange for a group discount for your entire group.
Packet Shipping Questions
What do I receive?
You will receive all the same 2023 Santa Hustle® Swag:
- Women’s Cut Full Zip OR a Regular Unisex Hoodie
- Santa Hat
- Santa Beard
- 5k or Half Marathon Finisher Medal
All mailed right to your front door during the end of November or early December.
How do the shirts fit?

How and when will I receive my Finisher Medal and/or certificate of completion?
You will receive your Finisher Medal along with your swag when it is mailed to you. Certificates of completion can be requested by filling out a certificate request form.
Ambassador Program Questions
How do I get my exclusive promo code?
The Santa Hustle® crew will reach out to you via email after receiving your application, and will assign you your own promo code.
How will I know what tier I’m at for the perks?
We’ll be able to track your progress throughout the series. Don’t worry, we’ll keep an eye on your numbers! As you soon as you’ve reach your tier, we’ll follow up with an email regarding your new perks.
How and when will I receive my gifts?
When you reach a checkpoint that includes free registration for the Santa Hustle®, we will reach out and give you access to your free tickets right away. For any prizes and goodies, we will email you with the gifts you are eligible for and will ship your perks to you after the series ends (January).
