Whether you’re part of a group or an individual, the Santa Hustle® Race Series unwraps great volunteer opportunities that unite people for a day of giving back. We welcome everyone who wants to spread cheer by making a positive impact and value every helping hand. Whether it’s helping check-in participants, distributing medals at the finish, serving up treats, or another race day task, we would love to have you join the fun!

Through our Santa Hustle® Ambassador Program, we offer our participants the opportunity to earn cool perks and prizes (including free race tickets, merch and more)! Simply complete this form and a member of the Santa Hustle® crew will contact you via email to set you up with your unique code.
For groups registering 5 or more people at once, we offer a $5 discount per registrant for all races excluding the Kid’s Dash! This multi-person discount is automatically applied during the registration process once 5 or more registrants are added.

Please Note: Since Kids Dash registrations do not count towards the multi-person discount, any Kids Dash registrations will need to be completed separately in order for the registration platform to apply the discount. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts
Yes, all of our races will include a gear check.
Due to the significant upfront costs involved, Santa Claus and the Santa Hustle® Race Series team operate under a strict, uniform policy: no refunds or exchanges, no person-to-person transfers, and no deferrals to a future year. While we understand that plans change, injuries occur, and unforeseen situations may arise, we believe it’s most fair to apply this policy consistently for all customers, rather than making subjective decisions on who is eligible for a refund.
As such, all purchases and sales are final—no exceptions. Refunds will not be issued due to weather conditions, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances; however, you are able to purchase race insurance with your registration.

Yes, race insurance can be reviewed and purchased through FanShield while going through the registration process for an event. Once purchased, you will receive a confirmation from FanShield with your specific policy information.

Yes! We offer referral rewards for those registering for our events, excluding the Kids Dash. In your confirmation email, you will receive a unique link that you can share with others.
To qualify for rewards, you must have five people register for an event using your unique link at least two weeks before your event. If they register during that time, you will receive a $20 refund! For every additional ten registrations beyond the first five in that period, you’ll be eligible for another $20 refund.
Please Note: Refunds will only be issued up to the original registration amount for your event. The original registration amount excludes any additional fees, taxes, and add-ons incurred during the registration or checkout process.
You can change to a different event through RunSignUp up to two weeks before the event. If you are moving to a higher cost event, you will need to pay the difference in price (plus any applicable taxes and fees) to change events. Click here to learn how to manage your registration.

You can transfer your registration as a gift to another person through RunSignUp up to two weeks before the event. There is a $9.95 charge (plus any applicable taxes and fees) to do this, which will be applied to the person transferring their registration.
